Description

The Midway combines the sweet hull lines of a Sit-In-Sea-Kayak and the ease of use of a Sit-on-Top. Adding a bit more more length, weight capacity and width the Midway is the big brother to the Disco. 

The hull design offers excellent stability with two chines to a relatively flat bottom. A large hatch with bulkhead in the bow leaves plenty of room for stowing extras and the bulkhead offers extra buoyancy.   
 
The Midway has a Sea Kayak Bow allowing it to tackle even large surf. It's extra length offers greater weight carrying capabilities, when compared to the Disco+. The hull shape just slices through the water, meaning you get efficient paddling and excellent speed in all conditions. This is the boat for traveling big distances or for chasing Kingfish and other pelagic fish like Skipjack Tuna. 
 
You will find there are lots of excellent design features including channels drain water away from the hatch area and the seat. In the stern a net covers the storage area with added paddle channels for storing your extra paddle.  An extra long cockpit for those with extra long legs and the usual well placed padded handles and recessed fittings RTM is known for. 
 
This kayak is also an ideal choice for experienced paddlers looking for speed and easy handling. For larger sized fishermen, this kayak is very quiet and fast, and will take you to your destination with ease. With has no hull slap, it is easy to sneak up on fish.
